An Idea Cluster enables you to group similar ideas and process them as a single entity – very helpful when you have large numbers of ideas centred around a single topic.

 

You can create an Idea Cluster from

  • the Clusters page
  • the Ideas page (Ideaboard).

 

Step by step

 

Create an idea cluster from the Clusters page


Step 1: Click ‘Create a Cluster’ button

Step 2: Name the idea cluster

Step 3: Provide more detailed information in the description field

Step 4: Optionally add an image background or colour scheme to attract interest in the idea Cluster

Step 5: Add any relevant files for further information e.g. PDFs, documents or spreadsheets etc.

Step 6: Select the ideas that you want to belong in this Idea Cluster

Step 7: Click ‘Publish’.

 

Create an idea cluster from the Ideas page (Ideaboard)


Step 1: Hover over an idea of interest to activate the select box

Step 2: Check the select box on ideas that you wish to cluster

Step 3: Click ‘Cluster’ in top bar menu

Step 4: Name the idea cluster

Step 5: Provide more detailed information in the description field

Step 6: Optionally add an image background or colour scheme to attract interest in the idea Cluster

Step 7: Add any relevant files for further information e.g. PDFs, documents or spreadsheets etc.

Step 8: Click ‘Publish’.
