Innovation Manager & contributors
This article explains how to create your financial models to serve your overall business model viability assessment. Solverboard has 2 specific financial assumption models, being:
- The Project Cost – this is the breakdown of the assumed investment required to bring the innovation to market.
- The Financial Projection – this is the assumed profit (derived from revenue less cost of sales and other operating costs) that the new innovation will realise for your organisation.
With these 2 pieces of information Solverboard provides you with metrics to help you evaluate the cost – benefit of the innovation opportunity.
WE WILL NEED SOME DISCLAIMER THAT SOLVERBOARD IS NOT AN FINANCIAL INVESTMENT TOOL.
