Step by Step

 

Step 1: In the relevant Assumption card click 'Add an Experiment'.

Step 2: Assign the experiment owner (their role responsible for completing the remaining steps).

Step 3: Give the experiment a name.

Step 4: Select the experiment type.

Step 5: Define the methodology of the experiment.

Step 6: Describe what result you are expecting. What does the minimum acceptance of good look like?

Step 7:  Conduct the experiment and gather as much data as possible. You can add files using the attachments section.

Step 8: Capture learnings. Record all learnings to support the experiment’s conclusion and to grow learnings in your knowledge bank.

Step 9: State the result of the experiment in the status field.
