Actions are used throughout Solverboard to task team members on events such as meetings, risks, and stakeholders.

  1. Click ‘Add Action’ button 
  2. Describe the action
  3. Add a date by which the action is due to be completed
  4. Assign an owner – the person best placed to manage this successfully
  5. Set the appropriate status
  6. Check ‘Create another action’ to quickly repeat this process
  7. Click ‘Save’ to save this action and/or activate the creation of another one.


  1. To update the status of an action:
  2. Click the pencil icon to edit
  3. Make any amends to the text fields and change the owner if appropriate
  4. Update the status field as appropriate
  5. Click the 'Save and Close’ button to save your changes.
